GRAYBILL, John, PO Ladoga, Farmer, Sec 13, native of Ohio,  settled in this County 1842.

Mrs. John Graybill, of LeLoup, Kansas sends us the Biography  notice of her husband's death as it was printed in a local paper.  Mr. G. was for a long time a citizen here and left many friends  in and around Ladoga when he and his family went to make their  home in Ks.

 
"John Graybill was b. near Dayton, OH Sept 27, 1835, and  removed with his parents when about one year old to Indiana. His  parents d. when he was but 6 years of age. He then made his home  with an uncle, Mathias Frantz, until he was 18 years of age. Sept  9, 1858, he was marr. to Saloma C. Myers, settling near Ladoga.  April 2, 1882 he removed to this County where he has since lived.  He departed this life Wed, Dec 11 at 7 o'clock p.m. after an  illness of 8 months. A wife and four sons are left to mourn his  loss. Two daughters have gone before."
